The Butterfly Effect Festival landing in Croydon this weekend!!

Wow! What a treat we have coming this summers weekend!!! The Butterfly Effect Festival!!! It will be a jam packed two, yes TWO days of the best urban music including Garage, House and Afrobeats. There will be some of the best UK artist performing their hits to keep us entertained!

This hot event will be held in one of the most diverse, vibrant and buzzing parts of South London. Croydon! What a perfect location to have a festival of this magnitude! Croydon is home to some of the best UK artist and continues to produce some fine up and coming acts. I would say Croydon is most defo in need of this reward for what has been produced from the area over the many years!

Artist such as Krept & Konan, Stormzy, Big Shaq and Amy Whinehouse trained at the famous Brit School has influenced and nurtured the brains of the community to pursue their talents!

All hail Croydon..and other surrounding areas of course!!😄

The Butterfly Effect Festival will be held in the gorgeous, huge green fields of Lloyd Park. The park is a hidden gem in Croydon which will host the festival a treat!

The UK Chronicle at the famous SSE Areana is back!!!

This is definitely one for the garage ravers! This is one of the biggest..if not, the biggest garage concert to date!

They are back to set the stage alight with the addictive Garage sound, even bigger and better – The UKG Chronicle !!! It’s not only the first but its also the only live UK Garage concert to be held at The famous SSE Arena back in 2014!

There will be a massive and impressive line up of live exceptional PA’s as well as some of the hottest DJ sets! 

It is going to be one of those concerts that you will remember forever! I mean come on guys! This is epic to the fullest!!!

Junior Booker’s ‘Monday Mix Up’ & ‘Midweek LOL’ !!!

If you haven’t heard of this young man, where have you been!? Well??…😄 ..Who? I hear you ask…Junior Booker!!! Thats who! The South Londoner is one of the funniest and charasmatic comedians on the circuit! His laidback, dry sense of humour sends his audiences into laughing fits! Junior has been filling venues with his jokes all over the country! He recently supported Dizzle The Comedian at the Comedy Mad House, alongside White Yardi and Glenda Jackson, a few weeks ago at the historic venue, Gracepoint in Islington. He jokes were on point! He had me and the audience in tears of laughter!

Junior is not only hilarious and a G at it! He is also a Host and an Events Organiser. Ayee!! 👌🏾

Junior Booker host’s a night called ‘The Monday Mix Up’ every Monday in Croydon at the Urban Xchange Bar. Its a mix of Comedy, Poetry and music. He also host an evening called ‘THE MIDWEEK LOL’ every Wednesday, on Old Kent Road which includes comedy, music, and debates. A whole lot of fun and  games to be had!

Two ‘BAD BOYS’ of comedy – Richard Blackwood & SLIM @ Hackney Empire!

Ok, are you even in the slightest bit ready for this comedy duo!!! OMG Richard Blackwood and Slim!!!! Their 2016 show was a total hit! They are back together to take over and bless the Legendary Hackney Empire once again!! Yasssss!!

I’m literally counting down the days and we are only midway through May! Lol!

Richard and Slim are most definitely two of comedies heavyweights. Without a doubt they will have us all hanging off our seats in tears of laughter! So I suggest bringing a hanky! 🤣

Richard Blackwood is a real gem! He is most definitely a man of many great talents! We all loved his character ‘Vincent’ in Eastenders (left too soon in my opinion. Bring back Vincent!!) and he was so loved in one of the best radio stations to grace our ears back in the day – Choice FM. Richard was also a presenter on MTV and presented the UK show Singled out.

Now, let’s not forget Mr Blackwood’s musical talent! Yes, the man can sing! – ‘Mama Who Da Man” – you most certainly are, Richard! 😉

The man known as ‘The People’s Champion’ SLIM is one of the funniest men known on the entire planet!! He effortlessly makes us cry with laughter. His jokes hit home to so many of us! Danny ‘Slim’ Gray first performed in 1993 at the Hackney Empire! He has since appeared in every major city in England and Wales swell as touring internationally! Slim not only graces the stages but also on MTV. Slim won “Best Male” stand-up category at the 2004 U.K Black Entertainment Comedy Awards.

Both of these gentlemen will most certainly, 1000% leave us talking about the BAD BOYS show for many years if not forever!.. Something so good is unforgettable, right!? Yes!
